The 850 Mono Power Amplifier is immediately recognizable as a Boulder, sharing a visual likeness with its predecessors while still maintaining its own unique identity. Drawing technology from Boulder's 1000 and 2000 series, the 850 maintains the highest standards of quality and reliability yet makes the unequalled Boulder performance available to an entirely new audience.

The all analog Boulder 850 avoids the sonic problems associated with switching amplifiers such as noise radiation, dynamic limiting, and IM distortion.

An elegant chassis houses one channel, thus making a pair suitable for traditional stereo listening or a complete multi-channel home theater. Boulderlink and a 12V trigger enable the 850 to be connected to a home automation system or any Boulder preamplifier.

The 850 is completely designed and manufactured in Boulder, Colorado. Metalwork is fabricated in-house on CNC machining centers, assuring the strictest quality control and oversight of every detail.
