The Watson Twins - Fire Songs

A friend recommended this to me a couple of months ago. I'll have to get him something for Christmas because this music has been a constant delight and rarely off my CD either at home or in the shop.

The Watson twins are Chandra and Leigh Watson, veterans of the folk/rock scene in Los Angeles and this, their debut album, mixes folk, country and gospel influences to create something soulful and moving. From the nostalgic sounding first track "How am I to be" to the last this record captivates and enthralls.
