A friend recommended this to me a couple of months ago. I'll have to get him something for Christmas because this music has been a constant delight and rarely off my CD either at home or in the shop.

The Watson twins are Chandra and Leigh Watson, veterans of the folk/rock scene in Los Angeles and this, their debut album, mixes folk, country and gospel influences to create something soulful and moving. From the nostalgic sounding first track "How am I to be" to the last this record captivates and enthralls.

I'm including a link to their site which has samples and videos: www.thewatsontwins.com

Hope you enjoy!

Your hi fi picks up this signal as noise. It interferes with the quality of the music you hear - probably more than you realise.

Quantum Resonant Technologies manufacture ac power conditioners using a radical new approach, with technology developed for the US space program. They are keeping the details of the technology close to their chest but the results have been apparent to all who have heard them in operation. Hi Fi Plus magazine described the results as "..this is not like turning up the volume, it's more like turning down the rest of the world."

In the middle of October these products will be launched in Australia and Hi Fi Junction will have both models in the shop for you to listen to. These devices could be the best value upgrade you will ever add to your system.

What We're Listening To..Pt2

Now it's my turn to give you some musical enlightenment (hopefully).
