Service and Repairs

For 32 years Hi Fi Junction has been repairing your most beloved music machines and the service still continues everyday in the shop. Whether it be a Marantz mini system or your vintage valve amp, we understand how important music is to you so will always endeavour to restore your pride and joy to its former glory.
 
1. The majority of repairs can be completed on site within a two week turn around, but if the job needs to be contracted out, a four week turnaround is generally common.This can be a lot longer if parts have to be sourced from overseas.

2. Due to non collection of completed repairs we will now only service items from exsiting clients.

3. If a product has a second hand value lower than the repair cost we will not repair.

4. For speaker re cones we only require the drivers, we will not store the cabinates while they are being done.

5. If speaker cabinates are left a storage charge $88.00 will apply.

6. If any repair is not collected within 3 months of completion it will be sold to compensate for storage and repair costs.

7. If a repair remains uncollected for more than 4 weeks without contact a $50 surcharge for storage will be due.

Please note: all repairs involve an $88 upfront deposit.
